The combined lounge and dining room, spacious and pleasantly furnished and decorated, includes TV with Satellite channels. This opens out onto a large balcony terrace with room for 4 sun loungers and terrace furniture. There is a lovely view from the terrace over to the mountains and towards the sea. The apartment has no pool, but clients can use the one located at the complex “Apt. Pinos Altos�, just 275 mts. away. It is really big (16 x 6 mts.), and includes a pool child section.

There is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room and one twin with use of a full bathroom. In addition, in the lounge/dining room there is a sofa that can be made up as a bed for a child.

For couples and small families the apartment provides a perfect location in the resort and comfortable accommodation.

NOTE: There are steps to access this apartment, and therefore it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
