Villa Sion is a nice rural retreat, set up its own gated driveway, with sweeping views across lush countryside towards the distant mountains of the Tramontana Mountain range. Villa Sion is a lovely Majorcan stone farmhouse split in two levels and ideal for families with children that wish to be in a tranquil area.

This villa boasts a wonderful covered barbeque area, adjacent to the pool and separate from the main house with an extra-large brick barbecue for summer dining. There is also a large outside dining table and chairs plus the patio that surrounds the swimming pool ideal for sunbathing and for children to play.

The front main entrance has a covered beamed terrace. The front door leads into a spacious lounge dining room with beamed ceilings, decorated in country style with a wood dining table, plenty of sofa seating with homely interior decoration, full of personality and detail. The kitchen is next to the lounge and there is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

A doorway from the lounge dining room leads through to one double bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a full bathroom are situated on the upper floor.
