Villa Rayeta is located off the road leading past the old town. The private driveway and shaded parking area are gated, with fantastic views of the mountains as you approach the house.

Inside the house, the living area is completely open plan, incorporating the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a comfortable seating area around the flat screen TV and an ornamental fireplace. Adjacent is a dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar by the fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can also access the BBQ house and pool. The villa is fresh and bright inside, with a traditional beamed ceiling, and a relaxed, homely ambience.

The sleeping area comprises of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms are light and airy, with ample storage space and have A/C units (which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, it is timed from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00).

As for the exterior, the well-tended gardens and private swimming pool have views over the nearby mountains of Pollensa and provide plenty of space to sunbathe. But villa Rayeta�s best feature has to be the impressive BBQ and exterior dining space. There is a covered brick BBQ, storage and preparation space, with a table and chairs, all overlooking the private swimming pool and neat gardens - perfect for tasty alfresco meals on warm summer days!

Finally, it has to be pointed out that the villa offers free Internet connection (via Wi-Fi), and that there is an additional exterior shower room, on the other side of the BBQ house.
