Villa Pinos has a large, unique swimming pool, a bright and airy interior, plus it�s only 10 minutes� walk from Puerto Pollensa�s huge sandy beach and amenities. This popular family resort has a magnificent sandy bay lined with a choice of chic restaurants and cafes, with more to be found in the main square.

When you arrive at the front of the house there is plenty of on-road parking space for your hire cars, as well as a pedestrian entrance with steps up to the front door. Once you get into the villa, the combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a large ornamental fireplace, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the dining terrace by the poolside. Along the hall is the well-equipped kitchen which also has a small breakfast table, plus access to the laundry room.

Villa Pinos has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room. All 3 bedrooms are bright and comfortable, have plenty of storage space, and have air conditioning/heating units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00).

Villa Pinos� main feature is undoubtedly its magnificent swimming pool. A small wooden bridge from the terrace leads to a central island with an exotic palm tree, and there is even a waterfall which can be lit up at night! Overlooking the pool is the covered alfresco dining area and brick BBQ. There�s also a handy external shower room.
