Casa Perez is a comfortable family Majorcan rental villa with private pool and situated in attractive grounds. The villa is located just off the road between Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa, where you can find a large choice of bars, restaurants, shops etc.

The villa enjoys beautiful mountain views and a lovely poolside barbecue which is perfect for dining al fresco.

A deep and shaded covered terrace at the front of the house leads into a lounge and dining room with two sofas around a wood burning stove. The kitchen is a traditional fitted kitchen totally equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Adjacent to it there is a utility room where the washing machine is located.

From the lounge diner a small arch way leads to the bedroom area which comprises of one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The bedrooms are sharing two full bathrooms. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The garden has lots of different plants, flowers, trees and a lawn area which gives the villa a Mediterranean distinct and flavour.
