This impressive 3 bedroom house is only a short drive from historic Pollensa Old Town as well as the facilities and beach of Puerto Pollensa. The private swimming pool and spacious villa grounds are undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Montserrat. Days relaxing at the villa can be spent swimming or enjoying the view with a cool drink from one of the sunbeds! The raised covered terrace provides shade for the dining table and seating area and there is also a brick BBQ to one side of the garden.

Double gates open onto the villas private parking area. The front door is at the side of the house and opens directly into the living area. The spacious, open plan living area has a comfortable lounge area with a flat screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the exterior dining terrace overlooking the pool and garden. A second table and chairs can be found in the kitchen, ideal for an early morning breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a door onto the terrace at the side of the house.

The property has 3 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all sharing the facilities of a separate bathroom and shower room. All bedrooms and the kitchen enjoy free air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
