Villa Lorenzo has glorious views of the mountains on all sides. The view is best enjoyed from the villa�s spacious garden and pool terrace, which are particularly impressive - the ideal setting for a relaxing break! The sandy beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are around 15 minutes� walk through the picturesque countryside. The promenade and Pine Walk has a huge choice of fashionable sea-facing restaurants and cafes. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi are included.

The garden, pool area and alfresco dining area are the highlights of Villa Lorenzo. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn where you can bask in the sunshine and admire the views of the nearby mountains. Around the far side of the villa is a covered terrace with a brick BBQ and a table with chairs. There is also an exterior bathroom with a half bath and overhead shower, and a WC.

Double gates open onto the private parking area at the side of the house. The villa is semi-detached at the front with villa Ignacio (another of our properties) next door, but the grounds and swimming pools for both villas face away from each other, so still ensure a good deal of privacy. The front terrace has a relaxed seating area by the entrance.

The spacious lounge and dining area are fresh and bright, with large windows overlooking the front of the house. There is a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV, an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs. The kitchen is adjacent and is well-equipped with a small breakfast table and has direct access to the BBQ terrace.

There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and two other twin bedrooms sharing the facilities of a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are fresh and airy and have ample storage space, and benefit of air conditioning / heating (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00).
