This traditional 3 bedroom house is only a short walk from the beach and facilities of Puerto Pollensa, whilst Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia are also easily reached by car. A huge choice of restaurants and shops can be found in both resorts.

A private, gated driveway leads to a parking area and the main entrance at the side of Villa Ignacio. The villa is semi-detached with its neighbouring villa, Lorenzo (another property from our portfolio), but they both have a very good level of privacy. The L-shaped living area of this house has a table and chairs, a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, plus a second seating area with an ornamental fireplace. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the terrace and lawn at the front of the house. The kitchen is well-equipped, and adjoins to a large conservatory which has a small table and seating as well as a large ornamental BBQ. Patio doors from here open onto the pool terrace.

On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. The double bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. This bedroom has patio doors opening onto a large sun terrace which runs the full length of the villa, overlooking the pool to the mountains.

The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms are air conditioned/heated. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The exterior area has an undisturbed mountain view, best enjoyed from the privacy of your own swimming pool or the pool terrace. Plus, by the side of the swimming pool are a table and chairs, as well as a brick BBQ, creating a fantastic alfresco eating area. There is a second terrace and lawned garden at the side of the villa, the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book.
