Coloma, Puerto Pollensa

Villa Coloma is a traditional stone clad Mallorcan villa set all on one level enjoying a great location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only around 2.5 km from the beach of Llenaire (Puerto Pollensa).

On entering the house, there is a large lounge dining area with two comfy sofas with TV and DVD (the TV system is Spanish TDT TV which allows English language programmes to be switched into the original language soundtrack).

An arched doorway leads to a sizeable kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, microwave/grill and table top oven, toaster, fridge/ freezer etc. There is also a separate utility area outside with the washing machine.

Along from the lounge area there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. The rooms are cool, bright and airy with high ceilings and stone floors, and they have air conditioning units for the hotter months.

Across from the bedrooms there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath with shower overhead; the second bathroom (shower room) is outside alongside the BBQ area.

Outside there is plenty of room and shaded terraces including a large covered barbecue area with built in barbecue, some outdoor kitchen facilities and a large wooden table to seat 6 to 8.

There is a good-sized swimming pool with roman steps with a lawn area bordered by mature gardens. A large paved sun-terrace surrounds the pool. From the gardens, there are superb views over the Pollensa countryside to the close by mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana.

Villa Coloma is a lovely villa in a great location from where to explore the area or enjoy a villa chill out with the nearby beaches and restaurants only a 5 minute drive away.
