The house itself is very rustic and keep lots of the traditional features and has lots of outside space for you to enjoy, all with stunning view onto the Tramontana mountain range. The villa is surrounded by approximately 20 000 square meters of property. The farm has a lovely Mediterranean garden, which is well separated by walls, and the terrace (with dining table, benches and barbecue) has stunning views of the Serra de tramontana. The pool lies on a strip of grass and sun terraces. The property is the ideal for walkers, nature lovers, bird watchers, cyclist and families with children and also for those who wishes to spend the holidays in a rural environment surrounded by hills, valleys and wild life.

This semidetached villa is split in two levels.

On the ground floor, we can find the large hall. To the right there is the dining area, and to the left the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and many others kitchen utensils. There is also a cosy sitting area where the TV and DVD is located. From here there is access to the shaded terrace which has views towards the side terraces and swimming pool. There is also a shower rook in this level of the house.

Upstairs we find the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprise of three twins and one double.
There are also two shower rooms (one of them en suite). All the bedrooms have air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

The villa has a choice of terraces including the porch for outside dining, and the swimming pool is spacious and has fantastic views.
