Villa Esperanza is set in mature and private gardens in a quiet location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house is traditionally furnished in rustic style and offers charming accommodation for a large family or groups of friends.

The house consists of two storeys. At first floor there is a large dining room, a separate smaller lounge with satellite TV & DVD, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave and walk-in pantry and a full bath with toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: two doubles and two twins, all sharing two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a full bath.

The outside of the villa has a lovely covered terrace with plenty of seating area and a fixed tiled ceramic table with a built in barbecue and a nice lawn area surrounding the delightful pool. There are corner steps into the swimming pool.

The house is ideally situated with a very short drive straight to Llenaire beach in Puerto Pollensa and only 5 minutes´ drive back to Pollensa old town.
