This spacious, traditional and simply villa is very handily situated, just a few minutes walk to the centre and Marina of Port Alcudia. It is an ideal villa for large families with children.

From the side shaded terrace the main door leads straight to the lounge dining room where you can access the three bedrooms. These consists of two doubles and one twin (one of the doubles has an en suite bathroom). A corridor gives access to a small but well equipped fitted kitchen completed with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a ceramic hob. There is also access to the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms. They consists of two twins (one with an en suite shower room) and another shower room to share with the other bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has also access to the outside area. The villa has air conditioning throughout. We must say that the villa is suitable for wheelchair except the swimming pool.

Outside, there is a large terrace and a large swimming pool ideal for large families or parties, a small toilet with a shower room, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
